Lembas Oatmeal Balls - The Loresworn Order


Lembas Oatmeal Balls

You can get cereal bars at the store, or you can customize your own for a healthy snack or breakfast that is inexpensive and exactly to your taste!

In a large bowl combine:

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup nut butter of any kind
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Honey to taste

Optional additions:

  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup dried fruit
  • 3 tablespoon jelly
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ¾ cup chopped nuts
  • Roll the outside in coconut flakes for an extra touch of sweet and crunchy

Chill mixture.

Roll into one inch balls.

Store in a sealed tupperware in the fridge, or in individual ziplock baggies.

Yield: about one week worth of snacks.
